Looking for a fancy, sparkly top that looks effortless and, dare I say, casual?
Then this top from forever 21 is it! I need not tell you my affinity for all things sparkly, and with this price tag, how can you say no to it? I know that neckline is a bit low, but I believe there is many a camisole or LindaLeal shell that can rectify that little problem; in fact, the more casual pieces you pair with this, the more places it will be more appropriate to wear and more times of day you can wear it! Now, I wouldn't show up to the office in this, but feel free to wear this on a night out-- ya, like a regular Tuesday night. Sparkles are not just for the weekend anymore!
